#1606 Wordle Answer and Hints for 2025-11-11 - GIZMO

Date: 2025-11-11

Hi! I'm a Wordle fan from China. Here's my Wordle strategy for 2025/11/11. I like to open with ALIKE and SHOUT - together they cover all five vowels and several useful consonants.

I
K

S
H
O
U
T

Interesting start! From ALIKE I learn that I is in the word but not in position 3. From SHOUT I get O in the word but not in position 3. So I have I and O to work with, suggesting a word with these vowels positioned somewhere.

G

Great progress! I try BINGO to test new consonants while attempting to place the known letters. This is excellent - I locks in position 2 (green) and O locks in position 5 (green)! I also learn that G is in the word. Now I have the pattern _I__O with G somewhere in the remaining positions.

I try MICRO to test new consonants while maintaining the established pattern. This reveals that M is also in the word (yellow), while R is absent, and confirms I at position 2 and O at position 5. Combined with the pattern _I__O, I now know the word contains I, O, G, and M.

I try RIGMO to continue testing consonant arrangements while keeping the _I__O pattern. This is a breakthrough! M locks in position 4 (green), and combined with previous information that G isn't in position 4 (from BINGO) and isn't in position 3 (from RIGMO), G can only be in position 1. Now I have the pattern GI_MO!

Answer found: GIZMO. GIZMO refers to a gadget, device, or some kind of technological contraption, often something innovative or unusual. The key breakthrough was using RIGMO to lock in M at position 4 and deduce G must be at position 1, which made GIZMO the obvious solution.
