#1607 Wordle Answer and Hints for 2025-11-12 - DEUCE
Date: 2025-11-12
Hi! I'm a Wordle fan from China. Here's my Wordle strategy for 2025/11/12. I like to open with ALIKE and SHOUT - together they cover all five vowels and several useful consonants.
Solid info from the openers! ALIKE tells me only the final E is correct while A, L, I, and K are gone, and SHOUT adds that S, H, O, and T are absent but U is present somewhere other than slot 4. So I immediately lock E into position 5 and keep hunting for U's home.
I throw in MUDDY to pressure both U and D. The feedback shows U is present but not in positions 2 or 4, D exists but not in positions 3 or 4 (only one copy counts), and M and Y are eliminated, leaving me with an ending E plus a displaced U and lone D to place.
CRUDE rearranges the suspects: U flips green in position 3, E stays locked at the end, C joins the party as a yellow letter, D is still misplaced, and R is ruled out. Now the template looks like _ ? U ? E with C and D still needing proper seats.
EDUCE is the refining step. The opening E turns yellow so I know the second E belongs elsewhere, the D in slot 2 is yellow which forces it up to slot 1, and both U and C finally turn green in slots 3 and 4. At this point DEUCE is basically spelled out.
Answer found: DEUCE. In tennis, a deuce marks a 40-40 tie, and the CRUDE -> EDUCE sequence gave me all the greens I needed—once D slid to the front and I confirmed the double E, typing DEUCE was just cleanup.
