#1610 Wordle Answer and Hints for 2025-11-15 - CLUNG

Date: 2025-11-15

Hi! I'm a Wordle fan from China. Here's my Wordle strategy for 2025/11/15. I like to open with ALIKE and SHOUT - together they cover all five vowels and several useful consonants.

A
L
I
K
E
S
H
O
U
T

Excellent start! From ALIKE I immediately get fantastic information - L is correctly positioned at position 2 (green)! I also learn that A, I, K, and E are all absent from the word. From SHOUT I get U is present (yellow) but not in position 4, while S, H, O, and T are absent. So I have L locked in position 2 and U somewhere in the remaining positions.

H
O
U
T
P
L
U
M
E

With L confirmed in position 2, I try PLUME to test new consonants and better position U. This is incredible - U locks in position 2 (green) and L moves to position 1 (green)! Now I have the pattern _LU__.

A
L
I
K
E
S
H
O
U
T
P
L
U
M
E
B
L
U
D
Y

With LU locked at the start, I try BLUDY to test B and Y in the remaining positions. This doesn't give me new letter information since B, D, and Y are all absent.

Answer found: CLUNG - solved in 5 guesses! CLUNG means to hold tightly or adhere firmly to something, often used in contexts like 'clung to hope' or 'clung to the railing'. The key breakthrough was using PLUME to lock in L and U at positions 1 and 2, which established the _LU__ pattern and made finding the final solution straightforward.
