Hi! I'm a Wordle fan from China. Here's my Wordle strategy for 2025/12/19. I started with my usual opener ALIKE and SHOUT.

Tough start! From ALIKE I learned that none of the letters A, L, I, K, E are in the word. From SHOUT I discovered that H is present but in the wrong position (2nd), while S, O, U, T are not in the word.

Third guess HYPHY was very helpful! It confirmed that H is present in the word, and Y is correctly placed in the 2nd position. Now I knew the pattern was _Y___.

Fourth guess MYRRH got it perfectly! With Y locked in position 2, I tried MYRRH which has M at the start, Y in position 2, and ends with RH. This was exactly right!

MYRRH is an aromatic resin from a small thorny tree, historically used as incense and perfume. It's also known as one of the gifts brought by the Magi to the baby Jesus. The key breakthrough was using HYPHY to lock Y in position 2.
