Hi! I'm a Wordle fan from China. Here's my Wordle strategy for 2026/01/15. I started with my usual opener ALIKE and SHOUT.

From ALIKE I learned that A is present. Second guess SHOUT revealed that S is present and H is correct in position 2.

Third guess CHAPS was a breakthrough! C, H, A are all correct in positions 1, 2, and 3! P was absent, S is present but not in position 5. S must be in position 4! Now I had the pattern CHAS_ with last letter to figure out!

Answer found in 4 guesses! CHASM refers to a deep fissure or gap in the earth's surface, often formed by geological activity - like 'the Grand Canyon is a massive chasm'! It can also describe a significant difference or division between people or ideas! The key insight was using CHAPS to lock in C-H-A-S in the first four positions, leaving only the last letter M to complete the word CHASM!
