#1680 Wordle Answer and Hints for 2026-01-24 - CLIFF

Hi! I'm a Wordle fan from China. Here's my Wordle strategy for 2026/01/24. I started with my usual opener ALIKE and SHOUT.

Good start!From ALIKE I learned that L and I are correct. SHOUT eliminated all letters - none of S, H, O, U, T were in the answer.

Third guess BLINK confirmed that L and I are correct, but other letters were absent.

Fourth guess FLIMP revealed that F is present but not in position 1.

Answer found in 5 guesses! CLIFF means a steep rock face or cliff - like 'the cliff of the sea' or 'the cliff of the mountain'! The key insight was using ALIKE to quickly identify L and I in their correct positions, then using elimination with SHOUT, BLINK, and FLIMP to deduce the remaining letters, leading directly to CLIFF!
